What you’ll be doing

• Leading employment law support across the Manchester market
• Advising on complex ER matters, tribunals, and strategy
• Helping clients stay compliant (and ahead of the curve)
• Shaping policies, processes and best practice
• Playing a key role in growing AfterAthena in the region

What we are looking for

• Senior employment lawyer (ideally 6+ PQE, but we’ll flex for the right person)
• Someone commercially minded who enjoys client relationships
• A natural problem-solver who thrives on variety
• A builder—someone who wants to create, not just maintain
