  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders, providing insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement and enhance frontline operations.
  • Manage design variations efficiently, maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation to support Building Commission NSW compliance and audit obligations.
  • Ensure lift, escalator, and moving walkway systems are fully integrated within regulated buildings and comply with all relevant Building Code of Australia (BCA) requirements.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and technical support to the wider CSE team on relevant building codes, standards, and compliance requirements.

We're seeking an experienced Senior Customer Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic Product Team based in Mascot, NSW. This is a unique opportunity to combine your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and regulatory knowledge to make a real impact across our business and the communities we serve.
