What you'll do
- Maintaining and troubleshooting PLC-controlled machinery to minimize downtime and ensure safe, timely, and efficient production runs
- Undertaking machine-building activities and driving process improvements, such as implementing Poka-Yokes, reducing cycle times, and replacing outdated control systems
- Lead and motivate team members to enhance their performance and skill levels
- Manage maintenance documentation effectively and ensure the smooth operation of the overall maintenance function
