We're building the data foundation that makes advertising on Roblox possible. As a Senior Engineering Manager you'll lead a team of engineers building the systems that turn raw signal into trustworthy, privacy-safe, actionable data across five connected domains: core data infrastructure, identity, measurement, audience targeting, and feature engineering for ML.
This is a hands-on leadership role at the center of our monetization strategy. Your team's work determines whether advertisers can reach the right audiences, prove positive ROI, and trust the numbers we report, all while upholding the privacy and safety standards our platform is known for. For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits as described on this page.
Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
