What you'll do

  • Managing a designated part of the equity portfolios across OFE, DFE and PPK funds.
  • Building active investment positions and sector exposures while balancing expected returns, risk, liquidity and benchmark considerations.
  • Conducting fundamental analysis and stock selection across sectors, covering companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange as well as international markets, primarily in Europe and the United States.
  • Preparing investment analyses and recommendations, and monitoring investment theses.
  • Contributing to portfolio construction, tactical asset allocation and overall investment strategy.
  • Analyzing portfolio performance drivers and risk factors.
  • Participating in corporate governance and stewardship activities related to portfolio holdings.
  • Collaborating closely with the investment team to enhance investment processes and analytical capabilities.

  • Practical experience with Bloomberg and/or LSEG Workspace.
