Our client, a boutique law firm in estate planning and probate for high-net-worth individuals and small business owners, is seeking a well-experienced Estate Planning and Probate Paralegal to join their in-office team in Sugar Land, Texas. Join a team of esteem professionals in a beautiful office setting!

Role Overview:

You will assist attorneys in delivering exceptional service to valued clients, supporting estate planning and uncontested probate matters from start to finish. This is a hands-on, client-facing position for a proactive professional who thrives in a supportive, high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft estate planning and probate documents and packages.

• Compile, draft, and assemble estate planning packages based on skill, attorney notes and client questionnaires.
