What you'll do

  • Support the planning and execution of high-touch client events and experiences across the US, with a primary focus on key luxury markets.
  • Coordinate all event logistics, including venues, vendors, catering, transportation, gifting, production and on-site execution.
  • Partner closely with the Events Manager, Personal Shopping, Marketing and other internal teams to ensure events support client engagement and commercial objectives.
  • Manage event timelines, guest lists, invitations, RSVPs and event communications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, venues and partners.
  • Support event budgets, track expenses and process invoices while ensuring events remain within approved budgets.
  • Provide hands-on, on-site support before, during and after events to ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience.
  • Assist with VIP and EIP client experiences, ensuring every detail reflects Mytheresa's luxury service standards.
  • Track event results, guest attendance and feedback and support post-event reporting.
  • Stay informed on luxury, fashion, hospitality and cultural trends across key West Coast markets.
  • Travel as required to support events and client experiences.

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by the event calendar.
  • Ability to travel throughout the West Coast and occasionally to other U.S. markets.
  • Must be available to work out of the NYC office, but travel regularly for event needs.
