  • Risk Assessment & Hazard Control – Conduct regular site inspections, Gemba Walks, and internal audits to identify hazards, assess risks, and implement control measures to maintain a safe workplace.
  • Policy Compliance & Implementation – Oversee workplace HSE, Critical Risk Management, and safety initiatives while ensuring compliance with local safety regulations and corporate HSSE standards.
  • Training & Communication – Deliver safety training on procedures, risk management, incident reporting, and global management systems while ensuring clear communication of safety information to all stakeholders.
  • Incident Investigation & Reporting – Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and maintain accurate incident records for management review.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Monitoring – Enforce safety regulations, ensure availability of necessary safety equipment and work instructions, and support operations with PTW applications and site assessments.
  • Safety Culture & Awareness – Promote a proactive safety culture through continuous awareness campaigns, best practices, and engagement initiatives to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses.
