What you'll do
- Literature search through various search engines to study technical feasibility.
- Develop synthesis route of new molecules through trial & errors (lab experimentations).
- Process optimization on pilot and commercial scale involving collaboration with Sourcing/NPT/Conversion/QA Regulatory/GCD.
- Provide support to adhere to all ISO requirements (compliance to regulatory and quality standards).
- Meet SLA requirement of QA, NPT, conversion, safety and regulatory.
- Prepare PHA, checklist, SOP and MSDS and explain to lab assistants while conducting trials in lab.
- Prepare BMR, provide MSDS & BMR training to operators and evaluate, conduct HAZOP, PSSR along with SHE team and pilot plant team to ensure zero accidents on plant scale.
- Well conversed in preparing technical document like SOPs and TTDs.
- To develop products in total technical parameters including toxicity, environmental standards, analytical parameters, etc.
- Conversant with environmentally friendly techniques, economically viable and sustainable synthetic route selection from literature search.
- Coordination and collaboration with internal/external customers/vendors.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize projects and process multiple tasks as required.
