Senior Executive- MarketingThe role is responsible for supporting digital marketing, consumer engagement, customer experience, and consumer insight initiatives across brands. The individual will work closely with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to execute campaigns, manage consumer interactions, generate actionable insights, and deliver seamless marketing and consumer experience programs that support brand growth

Job Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns for various pharmaceutical products, adhering to regulatory guidelines.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, informing strategic marketing decisions.
* Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and regulatory teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
* Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
* Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, website content, and promotional materials.
* Organize and represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other marketing events.
* Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
* Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in pharmaceutical marketing.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration
* 2-5 years of experience in marketing roles within the D2C or Marketing Agency.
* Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies that achieved measurable results.
* Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, compliance requirements, and ethical marketing practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management).
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
