Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; MBA in Operations/Business Management preferred.Minimum 5 years of industry experience (manufacturing, operations, or operational excellence preferred).Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and deliver timely updates.Excellent communication and reporting abilities.Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and basic data analysis.Prior exposure to a manufacturing or operations environment will be an advantage.
