What you'll do

  • Development and management of your own senior relationship with the client, and day-to-day client management.
  • Maintaining good communication and reporting, externally with the client and all relevant brand stakeholders, and internally within THE.TEAM and the wider group.

  • Managing venue selection and booking, ensuring all Health & Safety and other paperwork is in place, and continuously reviewed and updated in line with THE.TEAM's H&S processes.
  • Co-ordinating and managing staffing partners, production suppliers and any other third parties engaged for the delivery of projects.
  • Development and management of project timelines, and maintaining project reports, job sheets and schedules.
  • Ensuring contract terms are understood, monitored and met, and that the account team continues to deliver a high-quality service against agreed contract KPIs.

The Senior Manager, Client Services role sits within our Brand Experience Division at THE.TEAM, working on a Supermarket brand to deliver multiple experiences up and down the country. As a senior member of the team, you will lead on the project planning of events from start to finish - from strategy, client presentations, budgeting and feasibility through to event management - always striving to create best in class brand experiences.

This will be a hybrid working role, working from both our London and Orpington offices, and is a 12 month maternity cover contract.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Responsibilities

  • Managing venue selection and booking, ensuring all Health & Safety and other paperwork is in place, and continuously reviewed and updated in line with THE.TEAM's H&S processes.

  • Development of additional business opportunities within the client account, including identification of new business opportunities and ongoing contract renewal.
  • Leading by example: setting standards and ensuring best practice and high quality of work.
  • Line management of an Account Executive, providing day-to-day guidance, support and development.

Internal Communications

  • Building strong relationships and fostering good team spirit internally and amongst client teams.
  • Drawing upon experience from across THE.TEAM where relevant, to optimise the quality of work provided on the account.

Financial Accountability

  • Identifying incremental business opportunities.
  • Proactively seeking ways to grow the account by becoming an ambassador of THE.TEAM's services, so they are front of mind when opportunities present themselves.
