About this role
CloudKaptan is looking for an experienced Senior Finance Accountant to manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations for the group, with primary responsibility for the India entity and for international entities present in US, Australia, UK, Philippines and Canada. The role requires strong expertise in Indian statutory compliance, taxation, financial reporting, audits, and cash flow management, along with the ability to work with external advisors and support global financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end accounting and financial operations for the India entity.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, FEMA, RBI regulations, MCA filings, service export rules, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with company secretaries for MCA filings, Companies Act compliance, and maintenance of statutory registers and records.
- Coordinate and manage statutory audits, tax audits, and compliance filings.
- Oversee vendor management, including onboarding, compliance checks, and payment coordination
- Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with EPF, statutory deductions, and related filings.
- Manage cash flow planning, receivables, payables and working capital management.
- Liaise with external consultants, advisors, and regulatory authorities for financial, tax, and compliance matters.
- Visit government offices, trade associations, and advisory firms when required.
- Coordinate with consultants across entities and support group-level audits and reporting.
- Ensure transfer pricing compliance and inter-company transactions.
- Prepare management reports and financial insights for leadership.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team.
Requirements:
- CA / MBA Finance preferred.
- 8–12+ years of experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Indian tax laws, Companies Act, FEMA, RBI regulations, payroll compliance, and transfer pricing.
- Experience managing audits and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
