We’re looking for a qualified accountant with at least three years’ experience working in banking to join our Finance team as a Senior Financial Accountant.

The successful candidate will take ownership of key financial accounting activities, support month end and year end reporting and maintain effective financial controls. You will also help implement accounting processes for new products and transactions, improve existing processes and support automation across Finance.

How you will contribute and key responsibilities:

As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will help ensure Kroo Bank delivers accurate, complete and timely financial reporting. You will take responsibility for key elements of the month end and year end close, maintain strong balance sheet controls and ensure the integrity of financial data.

You will support technical accounting assessments and ensure new products and material transactions are appropriately accounted for. Working closely with colleagues across Finance, Treasury, Risk and Operations, you will contribute to financial reporting, process improvements and finance transformation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
