Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual…to join our team as a Senior Financial Analyst supporting our Shared Services teams! In this role, you will serve as a trusted finance partner, managing the month end-end close process, delivering financial analysis, and providing budgeting/forecasting support to your assigned shared services teams. You will also prepare financial analysis that informs business objectives and program management activities. Strong, frequent communication with managers and cross-functional partners is essential to success in this role.

● Serve as a trusted finance partner and lead for assigned shared services teams, delivering financial analysis covering revenue, labor, and expenses
● Manage monthly close process and post accruals and reclassification entries as needed to ensure financial accuracy
● Conduct variance analysis and reconciliations against forecasts and annual plan, delivering insightful analysis and risk-mitigation recommendations
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build budgets, track spending, and align with annual plans
● Create financial models and conduct ad hoc financial analysis and reporting, interpreting results and recommending actions to management
● Act as a liaison between shared services teams and Corporate to research and answer questions as needed
● Drive the annual strategic planning process, maintain historical financial records, and analyze trends to inform budgetary policy
● Prepare monthly financial review packages for management, commenting on variances to plan, forecast, and prior year results

● Support management initiatives such as process standardization, protect organizational value by maintaining confidentiality, and perform other duties as assigned

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

● 5+ years of applicable experience in finance or business analysis
● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred, and/or equivalent experience

● Proven experience managing month-end close processes with accuracy and efficiency

● Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Tools & Knowledge

● MS Office, with strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
● Preferred: Experience with ERP/financial systems, budgeting and forecasting tools (e.g., Adaptive), and other tools as defined by the specific position

Compensation Range:

$65-85k

DOT Requirements

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

$65,700.00 - $98,600.00
