Job Description:

Analyze and forecast financial, economic, and other data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions. Requires well developed knowledge and skills to interpret financial information and make recommendations to senior management and conduct complex financial analysis. Typically possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 5-8 years of experience.

Location: Delaware, OH

This position offers a hybrid work model with 2-3 days per week in‑office. Collaboration is expected during in‑office days, with virtual tools available for remote work. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Reviews complex financial analyses processes, systems, and procedures.
  • Analyzes and reviews proposals for any system related to financial analysis methods, policies, and procedures; recommends improvements.
  • Analyzes system design alternatives and identifies potential improvements to existing systems and processes.
  • Develops financial models for analytics to support organizational decision making.

Compensation Range:

The pay range for this position is $81,800.00 - $139,200.00 annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between105,000.00 to115,000.00 annually. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
