- Develop and update annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and medium/long-term plans (business plan, forecasting, etc)
- Evaluate the impacts of projects (provisions, investments, transfers) on the P&L and the balance sheet
- Produce detailed analyses of financial and operational performance (EBITDA, ROI, net margin, etc.)
- Analyze cost accounting, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions
- Manage the control of direct and indirect costs in connection with operations (production, logistics, procurement)
- Prepare financial performance reports for top management
- Work closely with other departments, such as maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure smooth production operations
