Senior Financial Services Administrator required for new permanent job opportunity in Chesterfield

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing and well-established financial services organisation based near Barlborough, Chesterfield. Due to continued expansion and strategic growth plans, the business is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Financial Services Administrator to support the delivery of high-quality client services whilst leading and developing a small administration team.

Reporting directly to the Operational Director, this is a hands-on leadership position that offers genuine career progression within a friendly, professional and supportive environment.

Key vacancies information- Chesterfield (near Barlborough) | Office-Based | Full-Time | 35 Hours per Week
Salary: Competitive DOE £30,000 - £32,000 Start Date: October/November 2026

The Role

As Senior Financial Services Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the administration function whilst overseeing a team of up to four staff. You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional service standards, supporting business operations and helping to develop team performance.
