- Monitor portfolio performance, identify emerging risks and trends, and develop risk-based strategies that improve operational performance and protect brand integrity.

Reporting to the Food Safety Quality & Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will provide strategic Food Safety Quality & Regulatory Affairs leadership across a portfolio of contract manufacturing partners. Ingredients Required for Your Success

5+ years of experience in food safety, quality, regulatory affairs, supplier quality, contract manufacturing, or food manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of Food Safety Modernization Act, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, Preventive Controls, Good Manufacturing Practices, Global Food Safety Initiative certification programs, and food manufacturing quality systems.

Compensation
Pay Range:$82,000-$120,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
