Senior Full Stack Engineer(Front End Heavy-REACT(70%)+ DOT NET(30%))

S&P Global has recently announced the intent to separate our Mobility Segment into a standalone public company. 

This role is Front End UI heavy role that will involve 70% front end task using React and 30% backend using Dot Net.

The Team:

AutomotiveMastermind provides U.S. automotive dealers with AI/behavior prediction analytics software and marketing solutions that improve the vehicle purchase process and results. The company’s cloud-based technology helps dealers precisely predict automobile-buying behavior and automates the creation of microtargeted customer communications, leading to proven higher sales and more consistent customer retention.

Position summary:

Our proprietary software-as-a-service helps automotive dealerships and sales teams better understand and predict exactly which customers are ready to buy, the reasons why, and the key offers and incentives most likely to close the sale. Its micro-marketing engine then delivers the right message at the right time to those customers, ensuring higher conversion rates and a stronger ROI.

What You'll Do:

You will be part of Mastermind engineering team. As part of this agile team, you will work in our cloud native environment to

• Develop and maintain applications using React.js for the frontend and .NET Core for the backend.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.

• Integrate APIs and services to ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.

• Work with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) for deployment, monitoring, and scaling applications.

• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure robust and reliable software.

• Contribute to architecture discussions and help improve system performance and security.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks to continuously enhance product capabilities

What We are looking for:

• Bachelor’s or an advanced degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline required.

• 4 to 8 years of experience building enterprise-level applications.

• Strong experience building cutting-edge web interfaces using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.

• Strong developer with experience of building high-performance back-end services with C# and .NET Core

• Good knowledge of microservices, design principles (SOLID) and design patterns.

• Implemented both relational and non-relational databases, such as Microsoft SQL Server.

• Test Driven Development (TDD), testing frameworks

• Full project life-cycle experience

• Ability to mentor junior team members

• A self-starter with an enthusiasm for technology

• Strong communication skills

Good to have some exposure to

• Agile software development methodologies.

• Working in multi-functional, multi-location teams

• Comfortable using Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools, Git

• Good to have knowledge of message brokers or pub-sub systems like RabbitMQ, etc.

Shift Time: Monday to Friday at 12 PM to 9 PM IST
