Senior Functional Manager Osiris and Sqill

As a Senior Functional Manager, you ensure that educational processes are optimally supported by the Osiris and Sqill applications. You will work closely with process directors, policy advisors, users and suppliers to design, improve and technically translate processes into the application environment. In addition, you will be responsible for the design of study programmes, modules and tests within Sqill and you will support the implementation and further development of Osiris Zaak for streamlining student requests, work processes and document flows. Tasks and responsibilities Managing and optimizing Osiris, Osiris Case and Sqill Setting up and configuring courses, modules and tests within Sqill Design and optimize workflows Performing change management and functionality management Translating educational needs into technical solutions Collaborate with process directors, policy advisors and end users Support in process design and process improvements Link testing and test scripting Coordinating with suppliers on changes and improvements Contributing to a stable and future-proof provision of information within education Requirements At least 3 years of experience in setting up and managing Osiris (Case) and Sqill At least 3 years of experience as a functional manager within MBO education Extensive experience in testing links and creating test scripts Demonstrable knowledge of educational logistics processes within MBO Knowledge of current laws and regulations within education Experience with project- and process-oriented work Competencies Analytical thinking skills Project-based work Communicative skills Collaborative Result-oriented Proactive Strong in terms of process Solution-oriented Accurate Organizationally sensitive
