Amazon Web Services (AWS) is leading the next paradigm shift in computing and is looking for a passionate, self-driven candidate for an exciting new role within our Partner Acceleration Initiatives (PAI). The AWS Partner Organization is looking for a WW Co-Sell Initiatives Manager to drive the strategy and execution for market-leading Programs designed to differentiate highly skilled, trusted AWS Partners in this era of rapid technological transformation.

This role sits at the intersection of partner experience, seller compensation, and product strategy for PAI. You'll build deep expertise in how PAI mechanisms work end-to-end, and use that knowledge to shape policy, influence tooling and feature roadmaps, and drive improvements that scale across the program. Partnering with the Shared Services Delivery Lead and Engineering Strategy Lead, you'll ensure PAI's voice is embedded in cross-functional planning and engineering investment decisions, translating program needs into actionable priorities that improve outcomes for both partners and sellers.

Key job responsibilities

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
