We are seeking an experienced Global Mobility and Immigration Partner with a background in both global relocation and immigration. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential support to internal teams in navigating the global relocation and immigration processes. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing end-to-end mobility procedures (relocation and immigration), managing process operations, and serving as a subject matter expert on international mobility laws and regulations. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting the company's expansion efforts by addressing the evolving needs of the business. Your role will require you to handle complex immigration and relocation cases, both independently and collaboratively, particularly in uncertain situations. Strong problem-solving skills and expertise in both relocation and immigration will be essential for success in this role. Ultimately, your experience and guidance will be critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's global mobility and immigration initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Day-to-day activities as it relates to immigration and relocating employees; this includes but is not limited to FTE, internal relocations, and Interns.

• End-to-end global immigration cases, particularly in the U.S., NORAM, EMEA, and APAC.

• End-to-end international assignment and relocation processes.

• Partner with our relocation and immigration vendors to execute cases.

• Ensure compliance requirements for immigration and other cross-border requirements where needed.

• Adhere to immigration regulations, workflows, and procedures.

• Ongoing contribution to developing and implementing global relocation and immigration guidelines and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

• Deliver training and communication materials to increase awareness of global relocation and immigration guidelines and procedures.

• Conduct benchmarking and provide recommendations on global relocation and immigration best practices.

• Consult and support internal stakeholders, particularly with HRBPs, Managers, and Talent Recruiters.

• Be the subject matter partner for the candidate or employee, emphasizing a positive and informed experience.

• Assist in delivering an excellent and compliant global mobility operation for the assignee, their family, and the stakeholders.

• Make ongoing contributions towards improving processes, vendor services, and metrics.

• Provide support in developing, overseeing, and executing projects related to global mobility.

• Offer expert advice and guidance to key stakeholders regarding global mobility processes, regulations, costs, and important factors to consider.

• Collaborate with the global mobility and immigration team to offer assistance and advice on challenging immigration and relocation cases.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4+ years of corporate experience in global relocation and immigration, including managing international assignments.

• Expert knowledge of U.S. immigration regulations and compliance.

• Strong relocation management and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization, including global partners and senior stakeholders.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Strong vendor management experience.

• Ability to work in a hyper-growth environment.

• Technologically efficient in systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Google Suite, etc.)

• Working knowledge of AI tools (Copilot, Claude, CoCo, etc.)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience, in a related field, preferred.

• Experience working with international teams or in a multinational company.

• Knowledge of global mobility technology solutions and platforms.

• Global mobility experience in high-tech.
