We're looking for a Senior Graphic & Motion Designer who is passionate about visual storytelling, performance marketing, and emerging creative technologies. You'll play a key role in shaping creative concepts, producing impactful visual assets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build campaigns that perform across global digital platforms.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Graphic & Motion Designer. You will lead the creation of static and motion creatives across performance marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, events, social media, and product marketing. Working closely with Marketing, Client Services, Product, and Growth teams, you'll transform ideas into visually compelling campaigns that strengthen the RevX brand and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design high-quality static and motion creatives for digital marketing campaigns.

• Create engaging animations, product videos, event visuals, social media content, and promotional assets.

• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual narratives from marketing briefs.

• Design high-converting performance creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and programmatic platforms.

• Maintain and evolve RevX's visual identity across all digital and offline touchpoints.

• Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, product teams, and client services to deliver impactful creative solutions.

• Mentor junior designers and maintain high standards of creative quality.

• Explore AI-assisted creative workflows to improve production efficiency and creative experimentation.

• Ensure all creative assets meet technical specifications, brand guidelines, and delivery timelines.

The Person We're Looking For

• 5–8+ years of experience in Graphic Design and Motion Design.

• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, animation, and performance marketing creatives.

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and Figma.

• Excellent understanding of typography, composition, color theory, branding, and motion principles.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

• Passion for innovation, creative problem-solving, and continuous learning.

Nice to Have

• Experience in mobile app marketing, AdTech, SaaS, gaming, or digital advertising.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows.

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, interactive ads, playable creatives, or Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO).

• Experience working in a global or cross-functional team.

Portfolio Required: Applicants must include an online portfolio or showreel demonstrating both graphic design and motion design work. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
