  • Promote a safe, inclusive and compliant workplace in line with GPC Asia Pacific policies and OH&S requirements.

Manage a talented design team delivering impactful trade marketing collateral across ANZ.

  • Lead a team delivering standout print and digital campaigns for Repco Trade.
  • Create catalogues, EDMs, trade promotions, advertising and engaging digital marketing assets.
  • Bring your Creative expertise and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Reporting to the GM Marketing – Repco ANZ, you will lead the design studio and work closely with Trade Marketing, Catalogue, Merchandise, Digital, Social and Content teams to deliver engaging, brand-aligned campaigns and collateral.

You will manage two direct reports while balancing hands-on design work, stakeholder management and competing deadlines.

About you

You are a highly organised, creative and collaborative designer with strong leadership capability. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, can confidently manage multiple deadlines, and take pride in producing polished work with exceptional attention to detail.

Skills and experience

  • Minimum five years’ graphic design experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or managing a team.

  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite capability, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
