About the Opportunity
What You'll be Doing

Own local product and lifecycle marketing initiatives end to end, from strategy and positioning through execution, journey optimization, and performance reporting.

Lead product marketing and go-to-market programs for priority products, defining positioning, target segments, customer journeys, value propositions, messaging, and adoption metrics.

Develop full-funnel lifecycle strategies for advanced traders, VIPs, high-value customers, and other priority segments, driving activation, feature adoption, retention, monetization, and lifetime value.

Design customer lifecycle, loyalty, reward, engagement, and reactivation programs that drive long-term retention and commercial growth.

Act as the key local stakeholder for global Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Lifecycle teams, translating local product priorities into campaign briefs, automated journeys, and tailored messaging.

Plan and execute high-value customer events, VIP experiences, partner activations, and lifecycle engagements, managing delivery from objectives and budgets through to stakeholder coordination and retention reporting.

Partner with Product, Data, Relationship Management, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to deliver coordinated, compliant, and user-centric lifecycle programs.

Monitor funnel conversion, product adoption, and lifecycle performance, identify retention and growth opportunities, and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
What We Look For In You

Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM strategy, retention growth, or a related field.

Proven experience managing product marketing, go-to-market, or lifecycle initiatives from strategy through execution and performance reporting.

Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle journeys, retention, reactivation, messaging, and product positioning.

Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing principles and tools, with the ability to build automated user journeys and brief/collaborate effectively with specialist teams.

Experience planning and executing VIP engagements, targeted customer events, partner activations, or lifecycle-driven experiences.

Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to connect lifecycle and product marketing activities to retention and business outcomes.

Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders—especially Product and Engineering teams—and work effectively with regional and global teams.

Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and project-management skills.

Proactive, execution-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, financial services, or another regulated industry is advantageous.

Experience working with sophisticated investors, institutions, VIPs, loyalty programs, affiliates, or high-value customer segments is advantageous.
