About the role

Marketing is moving faster than it ever has, and most teams are still playing catch-up. We want someone who's already ahead of it, and who'll build the function here to be genuinely top class.

This is full ownership of how two products get found, not just by search engines, but by the AI systems buyers now turn to first. You'll run the entire performance engine: paid budget across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and paid social, plus SEO and GEO/AEO, one of the newest and most wide-open disciplines in marketing right now, all in service of reaching the C-levels and practitioners who actually buy Cast AI and Kimchi.

You already live inside AI tools, testing, building, and shipping faster because of them, and here that becomes the job instead of a side habit. Joining at Cast AI's unicorn stage means the budget and the mandate are already there. What you build with them is yours to define.

What'll You Own?

• Full budget accountability and ROI ownership across every paid channel: LinkedIn, Google Ads, and paid social
• SEO and GEO/AEO strategy, including how Cast AI and Kimchi show up in AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, AI Overviews) through citation building, structured content, and schema
• Reaching and converting C-level and practitioner buyers specifically, not an employer-brand or consumer-marketing mandate
• Identifying, launching, and optimizing performance partnerships that drive measurable growth
• Full-funnel tracking, attribution, and reporting across every channel you run
• Continuous experimentation across channels, audiences, and messaging to find what converts

What'll You Need?

• Proven experience owning paid performance marketing end to end, across LinkedIn, Google Ads, paid social, and SEO, with real budget and ROI accountability
• Genuine AI-native fluency: you actively use AI tools in your own workflow, have experimented with them on real work, and can speak concretely to what you tried and what did or didn't work
• A demonstrated track record marketing to C-level and practitioner buyers in a B2B context
• A hands-on, IC mindset: you build and run the work yourself rather than just directing it
• Comfort operating around developer tooling and cloud-native ecosystems, or sharp enough to get there fast

What Makes You Stand Out?

• Hands-on GEO/AEO experience. It's still an emerging discipline, so we're looking for genuine curiosity and early experience here, not years of proven track record
• Fluency with specific AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, etc.
