What you'll do
- Complete electrical hardware design for new products and existing product update, solve technical problems.
- Analyzes, guide and follow projects to completion within Schedule and cost target.
- Coach junior team member. Performs complex assignments often requiring design of new or improved techniques /processes.
- Drives cost out of new and existing products activities.
- Provides technical support to local product lines and performs product quality control in China.
- Work out new product concept according to requirements; Initial design and technical proposal preparation.
- Components selection to meet targeted cost and manufacturability needs.
- Design all new product circuits in electrical area, including but not limited to analogue, digital, communication and electronic trip unit circuits design.
- Create Test and validation plan, set up test system, perform all related tests according to function, EMC, environment and other standard assure all design meet the marketing needs.
- Schematics drawing and PCB layout work together with engineering team.
- Participate product related simulation, calculate and theoretically verify circuits design.
- Responsible for related document and specification.

- At least Five years technical experience in Electronic or Industrial Automation design.
- Knowledge of design principles of Electronic or Industrial Automation, Power distribution or industrial control systems and devices.
- Familiar with Digital and Analog circuitry, communication interface.
- Understanding EMC knowledge and test standards, trouble shooting method.
- Good communication skill, fluent English both in written and oral;
- Hard working, team work spirit needed

- MSEE is a plus.

Qualifications:
