Your Opportunity:

At PLACE, we're building a category-defining company at the intersection of real estate, technology, business services, and the consumer. As a profitable, hyper-growth startup, on the path to an IPO, our standards are high, our team is scrappy, and our commitment is to execute the best work of our lives.

This is YOUR CHANCE to shape the backbone of a company that's scaling rapidly and innovating boldly. As our Senior HR Business Partner, you'll partner with the VP of Human Resources, business unit leaders, and department heads across PLACE's Technology & Services companies to drive organizational planning, talent strategy, and employee relations — while also owning a functional area within our enterprise People Operations Center of Excellence, such as Performance Management & Rewards or Culture & Engagement. If you thrive in complexity, entrepreneurial problem-solving, and believe in scaling through tech and AI, this is your PLACE.

Who Develops You: VP of Human Resources

You've built or governed a CoE-style program before — whether that's performance management, engagement, onboarding, or compliance — and you're comfortable being the go-to expert multiple stakeholders rely on. You're analytical at your core, able to turn data into insights leadership can act on, and you have a solid grasp of employment law that keeps HR practices compliant and risk-aware. You communicate with clarity and build trust easily across all levels of an organization. A PHR, SPHR, or equivalent certification is a strong plus, and familiarity with HRIS and performance management tools (ADP experience a bonus) rounds out your toolkit.
