  • Collaborate with management on talent acquisition strategies, including job description development, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and initiatives.

Job Summary

As a Senior HR Generalist at Taxwell, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR operations, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services and programs to our growing team. You will be a key contributor to maintaining a positive employee experience and fostering a productive work environment.
