  • Own and execute the full recruiting and hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, offers, and onboarding

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to support our growing team and take ownership of the day-to-day HR function while contributing to broader people strategies. As Housewrights’ dedicated HR professional, you’ll independently carry out the day-to-day HR work while partnering closely with company leadership and broader HR resources as needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, building trusted relationships, and staying closely connected to the business. You’ll partner with leadership to understand workforce needs, strengthen the employee experience and retention, and develop practical HR solutions that support our people and continued growth.
