What you'll do

  • Provide high-level administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.
  • Prepare and process new business applications across pensions, investments and protection.
  • Liaise with clients, providers and third parties to obtain information and progress cases.
  • Prepare client review packs and supporting documentation.
  • Process investment, pension and protection business accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure CRM systems are kept fully up to date.
  • Deal with valuations, withdrawals, transfers and other client servicing requests.
  • Monitor new business through to completion and resolve any outstanding requirements.
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with FCA requirements and internal compliance procedures.
  • Support and mentor more junior members of the administration team where required.

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a leading financial planning business with the recruitment of a Senior IFA Administrator.

Permanent position. This role will be based in Edinburgh.

Salary

£33,000 – £43,000, depending on experience
