Senior Independent Sales Consultant - Rokt Ads, France (Independent Contractor)

The Engagement

This is an independent contractor engagement, not a Rokt employment contract. The individual will operate through their own registered legal entity (e.g. EI, SASU, or société équivalente registered in France) and invoice Rokt for services rendered under a services agreement.

Requirements

We are looking for a commercially driven Senior Independent Sales Consultant to accelerate Rokt Ads growth in the French market. This is a senior new business engagement focused on signing net-new Rokt Ads advertiser logos across market-leading French brands in ecommerce, retail, travel, finance, subscription, and consumer categories.

What You Will Deliver

• Net-new Rokt Ads advertiser logos signed in France, delivered as contracted outcomes under the corresponding services agreement.
• A high-quality pipeline of priority French advertiser opportunities, built and converted with commercial discipline.
• Senior stakeholder engagement across marketing, ecommerce, digital, performance, and commercial functions at target brands.
• Full ownership of discovery and pitch processes with market-leading French advertisers.
• Market intelligence: French advertiser feedback, competitive signals, and go-to-market insights shared with the EMEA team.

What We Are Looking For

• Significant experience in direct adtech, digital advertising, media, or performance marketing sales in France.
• Proven track record of signing net-new logos with market-leading French brands, ideally in ecommerce or performance environments.
• Native or near-native French fluency; strong professional English for collaboration with Rokt's global teams.
• Deep understanding of the French advertiser landscape — ecommerce, retail, travel, finance, subscription, and consumer brands.
• Strong commercial discipline: prospecting, pipeline management, forecasting, negotiation, and deal execution.
• High ownership, resilience, and bias for action in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
• Must operate as an independent contractor through your own registered French legal entity (EI, SASU, or equivalent), with the ability to invoice for services and manage your own fiscal and social charge obligations.
• Prior experience working as an independent consultant or contractor is a plus.
• Nice to have: experience in commerce media, retail media, affiliate marketing, customer acquisition, or AI-driven advertising solutions.

Benefits

Services fee: Monthly retainer commensurate with experience.

Performance incentive: additional compensation tied to net-new Rokt Ads advertiser logos signed, as set out in the services agreement.

Rokt will reimburse reasonable travel and out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with the engagement, where agreed in advance.

The retainer reflects the commercial nature of the engagement and is not linked to a fixed number of hours or working schedule.

Invoicing and payment terms will be set out in a mutually agreed upon services agreement.

This role is not eligible for equity, employee benefits, or paid leave.

This engagement does not constitute a Rokt employment relationship. The contractor determines their own working hours, methods, and location, provided agreed commercial outcomes are delivered, and is free to provide services to other clients on a non-exclusive basis.
