What you'll do

  • Design and develop engaging learning solutions, including instructor-led training, virtual instructor-led training, eLearning, video-based learning, learning guides, and job aids.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and develop effective training programs.

  • Stay current on instructional design best practices, learning technologies, and emerging trends within the learning and development industry.

What You Will Do:

The Senior Instructional Designer will support the Partner Enablement organization by designing and developing instructor-led training, virtual instructor-led training, eLearning, videos, and performance support resources for customers and channel partners. Working closely with Partner Enablement leaders, instructors, and subject matter experts, this role will translate complex technical concepts into effective learning experiences that drive product knowledge, technical proficiency, and business results.
