What you'll do
- Strategy definition: support the function to shape the business’ strategic direction, defining its components through analysing market context, opportunities, risks and challenges.
- Align and deliver: Provide meaningful insights and recommendations to support business decisions, communicating and translating wider strategy into executable elements within the organisation through identifying suitable scope, defining KPIs/OKRs, opportunity sizing and/or delivery plans.
- Executive Reporting & Governance: facilitate the executive decision-making process through preparation of high-quality analysis, thematic papers, management information and forum materials for senior business leaders.
- Stakeholder Partnership: develop and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, business partners, industry organisations, and solution providers to identify opportunities and strengthen collaboration to further the business’ strategic goals.
- Projects & Business Initiatives: Oversee the ideation, formation and delivery of cross-functional strategic projects, coordinating milestones and managing both internal and external stakeholder engagements.

- University degree preferably in a relevant business field such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines
- Proven working experience in the insurance industry
- Self-driven, analytical, independent, with strong business acumen and capable of navigating complex challenges and relationships
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- AI proficiency with the ability to evaluate AI risks and opportunities
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English and Cantonese
Nice to have
- experience in delivering initiatives within in-house strategy functions of reputable multinational organisations would be advantageous
- experience with business intelligence software such as Qlik or PowerBI a plus
- proficiency in Putonghua a plus

In this role you will:
