Role Title:Senior IRB Credit Modeller (UK Mortgages)

Location:   London, United Kingdom (Hybrid working 4 days a week in the office) 

Employment Type: Umbrella Contractor Inside IR35 to start as soon as possible.

 

Summary of the role:

 

We are seeking an experienced Senior IRB Credit Modeller to lead the development, enhancement and governance of mortgage credit risk models.

 

 The role is responsible for developing and refining IRB risk parameters (PD, LGD and EAD), overseeing model lifecycle management, and ensuring compliance with UK PRA Basel 3.1 requirements.

 

 The successful candidate will partner closely with Credit, Business and Risk stakeholders to ensure robust model performance and effective implementation within credit risk framework.

 

As part of your duties, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and refine IRB credit risk parameters (PD, LGD and EAD) across mortgage portfolios. 

  • Collaborate with colleagues in the development of retail and non-retail credit risk models.
