  • Serve as a subject matter expert for laboratory automation systems, including liquid handlers, robotics, plate readers, and other automated laboratory instruments.
  • Troubleshoot instrument, software, and workflow issues to minimize downtime and improve laboratory performance.

Job Description

Help drive laboratory automation, improve workflows, and solve complex technical challenges in a regulated scientific environment.

We're seeking an experienced Senior Lab Automation Engineer to support and optimize automated laboratory platforms and workflows. This role combines hands-on automation support, troubleshooting, validation, and continuous improvement while partnering with laboratory, quality, and engineering teams to deliver reliable, efficient, and compliant operations.
