The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated lawyer (4-8 PQE) to join our growing Commercial and Regulatory Practice (Disability, Medical and Aged Care). You'll work directly with NDIS providers and healthcare organisations, helping them navigate complex regulatory requirements and protect their businesses.

This role offers genuine variety. You will assist NDIS and Aged Care providers with their commercial legal needs including preparing commercial contracts, reviewing policies and advising on compliance with NDIS and Aged Care Laws. You will also assist our dispute resolution team with compliance related disputes such as management of client complaints and responses to compliance notices.

Key Responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate

  • Admitted to practise in Australia with 4-8 years' post-qualification experience in private practice and/or in-house.
  • Demonstrated experience in drafting and reviewing a broad range of commercial agreements and advising on commercial and regulatory matters across the medical, health and/or aged care sectors. While not required, experience with residential aged care or retirement villages would be highly regarded.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with SMEs and corporate clients.
  • A practical, solutions-focused mindset with strong commercial acumen.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a high-performing team.
