Lead Architect Role: The senior lead architect works independently within the IV Chain Team FO and is accountable to the chain director and supports them in terms of content and process. You represent chain interests and work together with the four chain partners at various levels and chair various chain consultations. In the chain, you align the realization of chain goals, the approach to them, content, planning and progress. You are responsible for the day-to-day management of the chain team. This consists of a solution architect, a business analyst, information architect and the chain test and chain implementation coordinator Binding Tenacity, perseverance Organizationally sensitive Communicative Identify and manage divergent interests, be able to mediate and negotiate with chain goals and interests in mind, deal closing; Acting proactively; Enthuse; Careful and precise. Support to the chain director on content and process, including the preparation of the chain platform, the preparation of the chain annual plan, progress and accountability reports and budget; Daily management of the FO chain team and monitoring the quality, cohesion and progress in production; Chairing decision-making chain consultations with the aim of coordination between the chain partners, in which monitoring and realisation of chain goals is paramount. These include chain work process and data exchange, chain architecture, privacy and security aspects; Monitoring the substantive coherence of processes, services, information and planning of the realization of the chain FO; Drawing up the chain roadmap as a (chain) solution train engineer' on a quarterly basis and managing the projects at chain partners in the field of chain functionality to be realized. Chairing the solution train product management meeting to update the planning at each sprint; Responsible for the quality of all documentation including the chain solution architecture, chain service specifications, message specifications, data models, privacy and security documentation and the DAP. An important part of this is recorded in Sparx EA tooling; Coordination with adjacent programs in the criminal justice chain such as DNA-C, Chain Seizure, New Code of Criminal Procedure, DNA database (NFI); Requirements The candidate offered has at least 5 years of experience as an analyst and data architect The offered candidate has at least 3 years of work experience as a lead architect The candidate offered has at least 2 years of work experience in chain cooperation as a lead architect The candidate offered has knowledge of Sparx EA and experience with management of the architecture repository Functional Requirements: Candidate quickly knows how to uncover the key question in complex matter Candidate is knowledgeable and able to use his knowledge and (work) experience quickly Candidate shows that he can oversee the various interests in a complex field and can act despite the contradictions in those interests Candidate can express himself well and is socially skilled.
