  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership in structuring, renewing, and modifying sophisticated credit solutions, including cash flow facilities, real estate financing, and specialized industry offerings. Provide financial analysis, guide transaction strategy, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Lead the development and delivery of tailored commercial banking solutions by leveraging Wells Fargo's full suite of capabilities. Partner with product and functional leaders to align solutions with client business models, strategic objectives, and financial priorities.
  • Provide strategic leadership and subject matter expertise on high-impact business initiatives within Commercial Banking Relationship Management. Influence cross-functional and enterprise-wide strategies that enhance client delivery, operational effectiveness, and long-term growth.
  • Engage across the enterprise to strengthen processes, enhance risk management, resolve complex client matters, and advance business objectives. Represent Wells Fargo externally while serving internally as a mentor and trusted advisor to relationship management teams.
  • Direct relationship planning and execution, including long-term account strategy, pipeline management, and accurate maintenance of client information and forecasting data within enterprise systems.
  • Partner with Business Development Representatives to identify and cultivate new commercial banking opportunities, leveraging market relationships and industry expertise to accelerate growth.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Lending Product Management to inform product strategy and address evolving client and market needs. Influence the development and implementation of innovative credit solutions and enterprise initiatives that drive competitive advantage and client success.
