Senior Lead Officer

Job Responsibilities:

* Support indirect procurement (Automation Line for China / Overseas / Line maintenance Spares) and all Motor production level’s machine maintenance for plants to make sure smooth operation to support Motor production.

* Responsible for procurement projects for P200 and Jiangmen and Oversea plants;

* Handle daily inquiries, cost analysis for the new lines / Fungible line / Suck in Line etc. , and price negotiations;

* Conduct market research and data analysis for relevant automation material categories;

* Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and implement quality improvement plans;

* Work on various projects with internal departments.

* Management the team performance and drive for Orange Cost Saving / Make sure the line modifications done with the target timeline

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree

* Mechanical engineer background is preferred ;

* 8-10 years of indirect procurement experience; familiarity with automation issues such as PLC, AOI, Robots, etc. is highly preferred

* Proficient in ERP systems and AI LLM

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with various departments and suppliers

* Good command of Verbal and Written English.
