  • Own the regional implementation of global customs policies, controls and governance standards across the Americas.
  • Oversee customs activities performed by brokers and operational partners, ensuring consistent compliance, performance and accountability without directly managing daily execution.

  • Monitor customs risks, broker performance, operational KPIs and realized savings, addressing exceptions and driving sustainable root-cause improvements.
  • Partner with Finance, Tax, Legal, Logistics, Operations, Product and regional leadership to embed customs requirements into business decisions and provide clear visibility of risks, opportunities and financial impact.

Drive compliant, scalable and value-focused customs execution across the Americas. This role connects the Global Customs & Trade team with regional stakeholders and partners across the United States, Canada, Mexico and Brazil, governing customs operations, strategic duty-saving programs, market expansion and regulatory risk.

The Senior Lead, Americas Regional Customs role will report to the Head of Customs & Trade on the Global Customs & Trade team, supporting the Americas region.

Your Mission:

Pay Transparency State: Typical cash compensation range for this position inclusive of base + bonus: $152,000 -$190,000. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including experience, industry knowledge, qualifications, skill set, and location. Certain roles may be eligible for equity compensation in addition to cash compensation.
