As a Senior Learning & Development Specialist at ICON, you will be integral in shaping and deliver impactful learning and development programs that drive employee growth and organizational success.


What You Will Do:

You will take ownership of learning and organisational development deliverables, applying your expertise to complex challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and implementing effective learning and development programs that meet organizational needs and support employee growth.
  • Conducting thorough needs assessments and collaborating with department leaders to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions.
