What You Bring to the Table

You're not just qualified — you're driven. Here's what your profile looks like:
- A Bachelor's or Master's in Education, English, Communication, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in teacher training, quality assurance, curriculum design or a similar arena
- A deep understanding of pedagogy, classroom dynamics, and what makes a great trainer great
Where You Could Land
We currently have multiple openings across three powerhouse teams in our English Department:
- Teacher Training: Shape and sharpen the educators who teach thousands.
- Quality Control: Set the gold standard for classroom excellence.
- Curriculum: Design the learning journeys that change lives.
Key Responsibilities
- You'll mentor trainers, lead impactful sessions, and uphold quality standards that sets Bhanzu apart - your work will ripple across classrooms worldwide
- Define and uphold quality standards — rubrics, evaluation frameworks, and performance benchmarks that set Bhanzu's classrooms apart
- Analyze learning and classroom data to identify gaps, then design creative, pedagogy-grounded solutions
- Lead high-impact sessions — trainer workshops, calibration meetings, or curriculum walkthroughs — that inspire action

- Work From Office (WFO) — this is a hands-on, in-person role (non-negotiable)
- Compensation: Your CTC will be determined based on the role and team you're placed in (up to 8 LPA).
