We are looking for a commercially minded and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to provide strategic and day-to-day legal support across business operations, corporate matters, commercial transactions, and global activities. The role requires strong expertise in SaaS agreements, commercial contracting, data protection, legal risk management, and contract negotiation.

The ideal candidate will combine strong legal expertise with a practical understanding of business objectives. You will work closely with internal teams and global stakeholders to structure, negotiate, and manage agreements while helping the organisation maintain effective legal processes and mitigate commercial and regulatory risks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements.
