Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel – Regulatory and Business Support

Job Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze EU and national legal and regulatory developments in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

• Advise on cybersecurity, electronic communications, critical infrastructure, national security and ICT supply-chain regulation.

• Identify and assess regulatory measures that may affect market access, suppliers, technologies or products.

• Support legal and regulatory matters relating to renewable energy or other clean-energy technologies.

• Advise on public procurement, administrative proceedings and regulatory consultations.

• Coordinate with business teams, regional legal teams, public affairs colleagues and external legal counsel.

• Provide general legal support to local operations, including commercial, compliance and corporate-governance matters.

Requirements:

• Law degree from a recognized university; local legal qualification is preferred.

• Approximately 5-6 years or more of relevant experience in a law firm, public authority or multinational company.

• Experience in at least two of following areas: EU law, regulatory matters, cybersecurity, telecommunications, energy, public procurement or administrative law.

• Good understanding of EU and national legislative processes.

• Strong legal research, analysis and drafting skills.

• Fluent written and spoken English; Lithuanian is preferred. Latvian or Estonian would be an advantage.

• Ability to work independently across multiple jurisdictions and communicate effectively with international teams.

• Practical, business-oriented.
