What you'll do

  • Oversee logistics cost control, including accruals, financial reporting (SMR), and detailed cost analysis for activities such as fumigation and fuel.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for finance and manage monthly connects with fuel consultants to ensure cost accuracy and optimization.
  • Analyze overage, shortage, and damage (OSD) claims data to identify root causes and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Drive carrier performance through regular Quarterly Performance Reviews (QPRs), monitoring key metrics and ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for escalating and resolving urgent operational issues ("Hot Topics").
  • Act as a key user and subject matter expert for Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
  • Address and resolve system-related issues, such as ASN failures, to maintain operational fluidity.
  • Champion continuous improvement (CI) initiatives by identifying and executing process enhancements across logistics functions.
  • Manage and analyze sustainability data, with a focus on tracking and reporting on carbon emissions to support corporate environmental goals.
  • Oversee, implement, and enforce Quality Management System (QMS) policies, standards, and regulatory requirements across all inbound logistics, distribution centers, and 3PL warehouse operations.
  • Lead the regional Logistics Quality Management Program (QMP) and manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to ensure process integrity.
  • Direct all audit activities, including DQM and CFIA, and oversee critical compliance areas such as pest control and waste management.

Job Description:

The Senior Logistics & Distribution Analyst drives operational efficiency and cost control while ensuring strict Quality Management System (QMS) and Mars global quality compliance across all distribution and 3PL networks.

This role bridges the gap between logistics and quality by proactively managing risk, optimizing supply chain processes, and enforcing safety standards—including DQM, TSS, and Traceability—to deliver consistent, cost-effective, and compliant results.

    What are we looking for?
