Wipfli’s accounting advisory practice is seeking a Senior Manager with deep healthcare and skilled nursing expertise to provide CFO‑level advisory and lead complex client engagements. In this role, you will deliver strategic financial insights, guide clients through operational and performance improvements, and oversee multiple teams to ensure exceptional quality across all accounting deliverables. You’ll work closely with client executives, offering perceptive and solutions‑focused counsel that strengthens financial stability and drives meaningful results. As part of a collaborative, people‑first culture grounded in the Wipfli Way, you’ll help shape our growing practice while creating lasting, positive impact for skilled nursing organizations nationwide.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

 

Qualifications: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree a plus. 
  • CPA designation preferred. 
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant Public Accounting or industry accounting experience. 
  • Proven success leading teams through organizational change and process improvement.

Wipfli values fair, transparent, and competitive compensation, considering each candidate's unique skills and experiences. The estimated base pay range for this role is $142,000 to $195,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws. 

 

Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
