What you'll do
- Develop and drive the AI roadmap, translating business priorities into a portfolio of AI initiatives and ensuring alignment with the Freudenberg Group AI strategy.
- Identify, prioritize and manage a portfolio of AI use cases from business case development through implementation and value realization.
- Partner with business leaders to identify AI opportunities, redesign processes, and unlock measurable business value across functions and regions.
- Define and track key performance indicators to measure the impact, adoption, and value creation of AI initiatives.
- Drive AI adoption across the organization through stakeholder engagement, change management and capability building.

- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
- Several years of experience in business transformation, digital transformation, strategy, consulting, or a similar environment.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and delivering measurable business impact.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and change management skills.
- Fluent in English
