  • Developing and maintaining long-term client relationship and identifying business development opportunities.
  • Coaching and developing team members to achieve technical competencies and efficient performance.

About the Role

We have an exciting Senior Manager opportunity to join our Melbourne Audit team. BDO’s Audit practice is a major player within the local marketplace, auditing many of Australia’s leading public and private sector organisations across a diverse industry base. 

Our thriving audit practice works with and provides services to some of the most exciting, established and emerging companies. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a diverse client portfolio, lead and couch staff, and contribute to the strategic direction of our service line.

You'll take ownership of your work, collaborate closely with Partners, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance our client service and broaden the support we provide.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Competitive Salary based on level of experience starting from: $145,000 including Super.

About You

  • CA qualified (or equivalent)
